The Hill Insurance is led by longtime friends and business partners Jeremy Holderfield and Joe Easley. Joe has spent 14 years in insurance, while Jeremy entered the industry six years ago. The two first shared an office before becoming business partners—and quickly discovered that they worked even better as a team. Today, they bring a combined 20 years of experience and a shared commitment to helping clients make confident decisions about their insurance and financial futures.

The Hill was created to protect the relationships they had worked so hard to build with clients. When rates increased with their former carrier, they watched longtime clients leave—not because they wanted a different agent, but because Jeremy and Joe had no other options to offer them. They knew they didn’t want to spend the rest of their careers that way. By building an independent agency with access to multiple carriers, they can help clients explore other options when their current coverage or pricing no longer makes sense.

Both Jeremy and Joe work extensively with personal and commercial insurance, are financially licensed, and serve clients across eight states. Joe was recognized as Rep of the Year in the Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama market. Jeremy earned New Rep of the Year and received the Excellence Award two consecutive years for writing the most homeowners policies in the market. Those accomplishments matter—but their clients’ trust is what they value most.

Outside the office, Joe is a Mt. Vernon, Illinois native, husband to Tricia—who is also part of The Hill—and father to Eli, Easton, Helena and Harper. He enjoys hunting, fishing and just about anything outdoors. Before insurance, Joe worked in cabinet sales, helping people design their kitchens—a natural fit for someone who genuinely enjoys people and solving problems.

Jeremy is a husband and father of three with a background in music, including nearly two decades as a touring guitarist. He’s also an avid Formula 1 and college football fan. Different backgrounds brought Jeremy and Joe to insurance, but the same things keep them there: relationships, problem-solving and the opportunity to help people protect what they’ve worked hard to build. Independent Insurance Brokers in Nashville TN
